The Pathfinder Student Mentor Program is a thorough system that builds mentoring
relationships between incoming students and upperclassmen mentors. Through
student-to-student mentoring, younger students experience acceptance, significance
and confidence while the upperclassmen learn leadership and mentoring skills.

The VG Leadership Academy is an interactive course that can be customized to meet
each schools' needs and goals. Student leaders from various extracurricular

enhance your athletic program by investing in its underlying foundation - the student
