Rewarding opportunities with vg Leadership

VG Leadership is excited to be able to offer opportunities in the area of team training and facilitation through our Pathfinder Student-to-Student Mentoring Program.

We are looking for people who are passionate about facilitating trainings in which young people grow and learn, skilled at presenting in front of large and small groups, and flexible with their time to help us provide support for schools as they implement Pathfinder.

Our part-time facilitators may be mobilized to conduct one of three trainings:

• Pre-Program Mentor Training: This training is designed to equip mentors with the fundamental skills they will need in their roles, and inspire them to make a positive difference in the lives of younger students.
   
• Pathfinder Team Training: As each school recruits its leadership team that implements Pathfinder, VG Leadership offers a three hour training that helps each school establish a vision and a course of action to get them started in the right direction.
   
• Monthly Mentor Training: Schools may choose to utilize the support of VG Leadership Facilitators to empower their mentors on a monthly basis prior to spending time with younger students. This training generally lasts 60 minutes per group of mentors.

Our facilitators have an incredible opportunity to work with and empower young people to make a difference in the lives of others. Through our high-energy trainings, experiential activities, and meaningful discussions our facilitators equip students and school officials to intentionally make a significant impact on their school’s incoming class and atmosphere.
