| Are you tapping into your student leaders' potential? We
recognize that all students possess the ability to contribute to their
school and community, however, most students seldom receive formal
training on basic leadership principals. The VG Leadership Academy creates a space where academic and athletic
student leaders receive customized, intensive three-day training that
builds leadership skills and character.
With follow-up assignments and review throughout the year, student
leaders are empowered to put into action all they have learned, creating
a dynamic and caring school culture.
