Leadership Overview

After years of working in schools and seeing the challenges of both students and administrators, VG Leadership has developed a number of programs focusing on student mentoring and student leadership.

VG Leadership gives students the tools and resources to become successful student mentors and grow as young adults and student leaders. We believe that when we communicate to young people that they are valued and important, and combine that with mentor training and student leadership opportunities, their curiosity is stirred, defenses are let down and open communication will result, benefiting both the individual student's growth and the school culture.
